Semasa melayari youtube saya terjumpa satu documentari berkenaan proses pembuatan coklat (sejarah, tanaman koko etc). Video ini selama 15 min dan ia 'quite educational'. Kepada sesiapa yang ingin tahu lebih lanjut berkenaan coklat bolehlah baca buku 'The Science of Chocolate by Stephen T. Beckett'; buku ini boleh didapati di perpustakaan UKM.
